Return & Refund Policy
At Vogueora, we want you to love every purchase. But if something’s not quite right, don’t worry—we make returns easy and stress-free.
What Can Be Returned?
Items must be unused, unwashed, and sent back in their original packaging. Some products, like personal-use items or custom designs, can’t be returned for hygiene reasons—we hope you understand.
How Long Do I Have?
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. After that, we may not be able to accept it.
How to Start a Return
Just contact our friendly support team to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. This helps us track your return and process your refund faster. Returns without an RA number might get delayed.
When Will I Get My Refund?
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know. If everything looks good, we’ll issue your refund to the same payment method you used. Some deductions (like shipping or restocking fees) may apply depending on the situation.
What About Sale Items?
Yep, sale items can usually be returned unless noted otherwise. We’ll refund the amount you actually paid.
Need an Exchange?
Need a different style or size? We’re happy to help with exchanges—just get in touch. Availability isn’t guaranteed, and there might be extra charges depending on the item.
How to Send It Back
Once you get your RA number, pack up the item with everything it came with—tags, accessories, the works. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package, and use a trackable shipping service to send it to the address we give you.
Return Costs & Restocking Fees
If the return isn’t due to an error on our part, you may need to cover return shipping or a small restocking fee. We’ll let you know ahead of time if that’s the case.
